Project Manager

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Ø Project planning and implementation.

Ø Oversee multiple programs, either government or commercial in nature.

Ø Responsible for government contract report submissions.

Ø Lead the proposal team assuring accurate timely submissions on government programs.

Ø Provide cross-functional role between several different engineering and manufacturing groups.

Ø Implement and oversee cost reduction programs on both UPS and fuel cell related products

Ø Develop and facilitate presentations for senior management

Ø Write basic company background information for government and commercial proposal input.

SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

Ø Demonstrated leadership and management skills

Ø Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting capabilities.

Ø Be detail oriented and produce accurate and concise documentation

Ø Ability to work independently or in a multifunctional team environment

Ø Mental agility – able to respond to critical situations in a rapid and accurate manner

Ø Effective communication (verbal and written)

Ø Demonstrated ability to write and deliver presentations

Ø High level of communication and written skills

Ø Ability to use MS Office products

Ø Experience in project management software such as MS Project, Primavera, or others

Ø Experience with ERP systems a plus

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Ø Bachelor’s of Science in Engineering with at least 5 year’s experience; or

Ø Master’s of Science in Engineering with at least 2 year’s experience

Ø 5+ years in project management

Ø Prior experience with UPS or SOFC products is a plus
