Fuel Cell Test Engineer

Responsibilities:

Installs operates and troubleshoot field testing stands and generators including collection of data, reduction and analysis (both in-house and at a customer site), and preparation of summary reports for review by and presentation to management.

Data gathering includes gas sample collection and and analysis by gas chromatography. 

Oversees and supports the installation, commissioning and ongoing calibration of test equipment and test stand systems.  Maintains the test area and equipment drawings and documentation.

Works closely with other engineers and designers to develop new test equipment and prepare system test plans.

Requirements: 

BS Degree in Engineering or related technical discipline (or equivalent).

Five or more years in facility related engineering, or safety.

Strong technical communication skills, both written and verbal.

Broad technical knowledge of energy systems and practical operations experience.

Desired Skills:   

PE License

Advanced Degree in ME or ChemE, with industrial lab testing, ideally in fuel cell operation and design.
