Marketing Manager

We’re looking for an experienced and versatile marketing manager who is eager to drive business growth. Our ideal candidate needs to be an experienced B2B Digital Marketer who is hungry to help continue to build our expanding brand.  An entrepreneurial individual with demonstrated experience operating in fast moving resource constrained environment.  This individual will be comfortable with day-to-day marketing activities, as well as long-term strategy, thriving with tight deadlines and changing needs. If you are a people-person who loves the rewarding challenge of building a brand, we want to hear from you.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Experienced B2B Digital Marketer - with proven track record of leveraging digital media (including marketing automation, SEO and SEM) to drive growth in highly qualified leads in support of expanding our core and adjacent market pipelines
  • Brand Builder – with demonstrated experience developing and implementing brand strategy – segmentation, targeting, positioning - to build brand within existing verticals and establish relevance of brand within new adjacent markets
  • Research and evaluate new product opportunities, demand for potential products, and customer needs and insights.
  • Develop marketing content for campaigns, SM, white papers, and blogs to attract target customers leads
  • Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration
  • Develop a comprehensive digital selling strategy including lead generation, virtual presentations, and e-commerce solutions
  • Manage launch campaigns for new products.
  • Ensure effective, branded marketing communications, including the company website, print communication, trade shows, conferences, and advertising.
  • Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments
  • Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies
  • Analyze existing customer programs to better understand future opportunities
  • Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics
  • Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly
  • Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets
  • Identify and manage Trades Shows and other marketing events to engage with highly qualified prospect that will expand our core and adjacent market pipelines

 

Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field
  • 10+ years’ experience in a marketing a technology
  • Experienced B2B Digital Marketer with proven track record of leveraging digital media (including marketing automation, CRM, SEO and SEM) to drive growth in highly qualified leads in support of expanding our core and adjacent market pipelines
  • Brand Builder with demonstrated experience developing and implementing brand strategy – segmentation, targeting, positioning - to build brand within existing verticals and establish relevance of brand within new adjacent markets
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with demonstrated experience operating in fast moving resource constrained environment – ideally early career large company training with subsequent experience in small/medium sized growth stage companies
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to work in a company, team, and individual settings
  • Organized, detail-oriented, deadline-driven, team player
  • Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
  • Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity.
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools is a must

Business Development Representative

The Business Development Representative’s primary responsibility is to develop new business relationships with both new and existing customers and markets for Acumentrics, Inc. This individual needs to be focused and results oriented on high leverage activities coupled with strong bias towards action and drive to deliver results in short time frame.

Business Development Representative Duties and Responsibilities
  • Experienced B2B Business Development Professional – with demonstrated experience Mapping, Prioritizing, Penetrating, and Closing large Multinational customers / Military / Commercial Customers / Projects
  • Analytical Strategic Thinker – Ability to gather and synthesize broad range of data sources and recommend strategy / tactics to exploit identified opportunities
  • “Board Room Presence” – Has demonstrated ability to engage executives from all levels or the organization from PEO to CEO.
  • Identifying and qualifying business opportunities; coordinating business generation activities; developing customized targeted sales strategies in collaboration with the sales team
  • Building business relationships with current and potential clients
  • Identifying and researching opportunities that come up in new and existing markets
  • Understanding client needs and working with the team to develop offering solutions and support; answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions; responding to client requests for proposals (RFPs)
  • Collaborating with sales and leadership to secure, retain, and grow accounts
  • Creating informative presentations; presenting and delivering information to potential clients at client meetings, industry exhibits, trade shows, conferences, and virtual presentations
  • Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients; maintaining a database (Salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information
  • Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients; working with the client through the closing process
  • Meeting all quotas for cold, active, inactive calls, appointments, and interviews; meeting or exceeding annual goals
  • Maintaining a pipeline of all sales administration using CRM software
  • Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short- and long-term business development plans

 

Qualifications:
  • HS Diploma required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent experience;
  • 4+ years of military, technical management, or other customer service experience required and/or;
  • 4+ years of proven track record as a B2B Business Development Professional with demonstrated experience mapping prioritizing, penetrating, and closing large multinational customers/Military/Commercial Customers/Projects
  • 4+ years of cold calling experience; previous experience in an outbound call center, inside sales experience, or related sales experience; knowledge of sales process from initiation to close
  • Ability to work with all levels of positions within the Company;
  • Retired Military with an active DoD CAC Card that allows physical access to DoD Bases, Buildings and Controlled Spaces is a plus.
  • Formal sales training considered a plus (Sandler, Miller Heiman etc.)
  • Ability to gather and synthesize a broad range of data sources and recommend strategy/tactics to exploit identified opportunities;
  • Has the ability to QUICKLY recognize and uncover all the high level go/no go criteria information in determining Acumentrics “Right To Win” before they invest company resources in pursuing the opportunity.
  • Has the ability to build decision maker relationships and networks to uncover and understand an opportunities technical and business requirements to quickly identify why existing/competitive solutions will not work and then confidently lead the customer through Trade Studies, RFIs, RFQs using sound technical evidence to convince the customer that Acumentrics is the only solution that will solve all of the customers problems.
  • Experience with lead generation and prospect management
  • Strong leadership, self-initiative, resource utilization, and time management skills, as well as team focused;
  • Solid interpersonal, written and verbal communication, presentation, and strong computer skills;
  • Willingness and ability to travel as required;
  • Experience using Salesforce or other CRM required;

Epicor ERP Specialist

The ERP Specialist position requires a self-motivated task orientated individual with a knack for pulling together data from multiple sources and ability for presenting it to facilitate data driven strategic decision-making opportunities. The key role of the position is to work closely with all functional areas in a growing manufacturing business to identify operational performance indicators and use the data available to evaluate and prioritize focus for continuous improvement.

You will be working on the ERP team to assist in process design and workflow of the Epicor ERP system to better leverage the functionality for Acumentrics. This will include but is not limited to; design, development and launching new EPICOR modules and versions, all around user training and support as well as data analysis and reporting. You will assist with design, build, test, and troubleshoot system changes and prepare and plan for upgrades and enhancements. In this role you will assist with the onboarding of new sites and conversion from their current ERP to multi-company environment and aftercare of go-live.

The ideal candidate should be a team player, highly skilled, enthusiastic, and detail oriented.

Essential Job Functions:
  • ERP subject matter expert
  • Assist with ERP implementation projects
  • Understand process flow and relationships with ERP application: financial, engineering, purchasing, inventory management, manufacturing operations, etc.
  • Data Management using advanced data and reporting tools.
  • Create reports, perform, and create imports and exports from SQL Databases (including SSRS), use and create BAQ (including report designer / builder and or crystal reports), BAM, BPM, and DMT.
  • Help develop process documents for training and conduct end-user training and database administration as the software backend subject matter expert.
  • Provide support to end-users including tracking issues and inquiries.
  • Troubleshoot issues and errors, review logs and debug programs to identify corrections within the Epicor toolset.
  • Provide feedback, recommendation, support, direction, and guidance on technical design for new development, changes, modifications, and enhancements.
  • Create Epicor technical design documents, as well as review technical design from external technical consultants.
  • Meet with business team members to review specific business requirements for requests and design solutions
  • Maintain expertise of the products you serve through knowledge sharing, training, and mentorship.
  • Performs other duties as required.
Skill Requirements:
  • Exposure to Manufacturing, Finance/Accounting, and ERP/MRP systems is a plus.
  • Proficiency with C#, VB.NET, MS SQL Server preferred.
  • Epicor ERP experience is required.
  • Willingness to learn new systems and processes.
  • Professional, reliable, honest, even tempered, self-motivated, and eager to learn and succeed.
  • Experience working within Office 365 and Teams.
  • Experience working in a Remote Office environment.
  • Strong documentation skills along with experience working inside of a ticketing system such as Track-It or JIRA.
Experience/Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or another applicable area of study.
  • 5+ years of Epicor technical / functional experience is required.
